Eighty-eight Bald Eagle wing tip feathers were on the beach on tribal land. They were placed in a circle only to be washed away an hour later and redistributed along the tideline. I think only the wingtip feathers were there because someone had picked up the wider primary and secondary feathers as they were beach-combing along the shore.
